Dr. Abel Ekpunobi
, Founder and CEO - is a theory-driven
practitioner with over 16 years experience developing, delivering,
managing, and evaluating human services programs. He served as
a criminal justice case manager, administrator, and consultant
providing training and technical assistance to public and private
agencies. He has also served as a researcher working to improve
life outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
As a
practitioner he realized that better program management tools
would exponentially improve performance and accountability of
human services programs. As a researcher Dr. Ekpunobi sought
to improve the quality and security of program data, reduce the
high cost of obtaining it, and shorten the time for receiving it.
Dr.
Ekpunobi concluded that the missing link between the 'science'
and 'service' in the industry is the technology. He invested three
years developing tools and resources to bridge that gap and help
both his practitioner and academic colleagues alike.

of Public Administration, as well as a Doctorate in Public Administration
